Description
The Vozol Star 40000 Doesn’t Lock You Into One Setting – Switch Between Regular and Surge Anytime
Vozol Star 40000 comes with Regular and Surge dual-mode switching, an adjustable airflow system, a digital display, and a mesh coil heating system, allowing users to adjust output intensity and draw resistance based on personal preference. With an 18ml pre-filled e-liquid capacity, rated for approximately 40,000 puffs, a built-in 1000mAh rechargeable battery, and USB-C charging, these features are genuinely useful in day-to-day use. That’s one of the reasons FlameVape decided to stock this product. The digital display shows battery level and remaining e-liquid in real time, so you don’t have to guess the device status. Dual-mode switching and airflow adjustment are independent of each other—you can mix and match, such as pairing Regular Mode with a tighter draw for a slower session, or Surge Mode with a looser draw when you want more vapor. Vozol Star 40000 offers a nicotine strength of 5% (50mg/ml) . Dual Modes: Regular and Surge
Vozol Star 40000 features dual-mode switching, letting users choose between two output styles: Regular Mode: Steady output, suitable for extended daily use with slower battery drain Surge Mode: Stronger output with fuller vapor and flavor per puff, ideal for when you want a more satisfying draw during relaxation Both modes share the same 18ml e-liquid reservoir and mesh coil system. Switching doesn’t require changing any parts—just a press of the button on the device. Airflow Adjustment
The device comes with an adjustable airflow system, allowing you to switch between different draw resistances: Tighter draw: Closer to a mouth-to-lung feel, suitable for users who prefer a slower, flavor-focused draw Looser draw: More open airflow, suitable for users who prefer larger vapor production Airflow adjustment and mode switching are independent, so you can combine them—Regular Mode with loose airflow, or Surge Mode with tight airflow—to find the combination that works for you. Digital Display
The digital display on the Vozol Star 40000 shows battery level and remaining e-liquid in real time. No more shaking or guessing to figure out the device status—you know when to charge and when the e-liquid is running low. These two pieces of information, while simple, do reduce uncertainty in daily use. Mesh Coil Heating System
The device uses a mesh coil, which has a larger heating surface area than traditional coils, allowing for more even heat distribution. This results in: More consistent flavor reproduction Reduced chance of dry hits Better flavor consistency from puff to puff For daily use, the advantage of a mesh coil is that the flavor doesn’t change much even toward the later puffs. Battery Life and Charging
The built-in 1000mAh battery paired with USB-C charging charges noticeably faster than older ports. The battery capacity matches the 40,000-puff rating—under normal use, a full charge should last a good while without needing frequent top-ups. Flavor Selection

The power output and battery capacity of the Vozol Star 40000 are designed to match each other. The 1000mAh battery delivers steady output in Regular Mode with slower power consumption, supporting longer use. When you switch to Surge Mode, output power increases and battery drains faster, but still within a reasonable range. This matching means you won’t run into situations where the battery dies before the e-liquid runs out, or vice versa. Scenarios Where This Device Fits Well Work hours: Regular Mode with a tighter draw—steady output, not too disruptive, and battery lasts longer Relaxation time: Switch to Surge Mode with a looser draw for fuller flavor and vapor On the go: USB-C charging is convenient—no need to bring a dedicated charger, just use your phone cable Daily commuting: The device is compact and fits easily in a pocket or bag This device offers plenty of room for adjustment, so you can find the right setting for different occasions. Daily Maintenance Tips Avoid charging in high-temperature environments; choose a well-ventilated area Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or damp conditions If dust or debris accumulates around the charging port, gently wipe it with a dry cloth before charging As an electronic device, avoid leaving it in a car or near radiators for extended periods Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
