Once the tingling starts, “park” the gum between your cheek and gum to allow the nicotine to absorb effectively. Alternate between chewing and parking until the tingling subsides, typically within 30 minutes. For best results, avoid chewing continuously. Do not exceed the recommended maximum of 20 pieces (40mg) per day. Dispose of used gum responsibly.
